Stopped cracking my knuckles!


I don’t have many vices. I don’t drink much, I have never even tried smoking, let alone done drugs. I eat healthily, and I have even started visiting the gym regularly. But some bad things I do. Like spending too much on stupid things, buying too many books, or eating too much chocolate.
Or cracking my knuckles. I’ve been trying to quit this bad habit for years, and here I am, trying once again. Five days without succumbing, and going strong.
